Further specification includes: horn, helm & co pilot seat, new full canopy, hot water via calorifier, immersion heater, galley fridge, galley sink, seperate head compartment with new Jabsco sea toilet with holding tank, handheld shower and wash basin, bilge pump, shore power, 110amp domestic battery, 110amp engine battery, inverter for phone charging, Pamax water pump, anchor & chain, navigation lights, windscreen wipers, fire extinguisher, warps and fenders.
The boat has been in ownership of the current owner for 9 years, where she was regularly maintained and serviced as well as being lifted every winter and antifouled ready for re-launch in spring. The previous owner to this owned the boat for 20 years.
Current boat safety until June 2028, E.A. license to end of 2025. Rare mooring available at DB Marine available at seperate negotiation.
Accommodation includes: spacious cockpit with plenty of room to entertain guests. The canopy can be lowered to enjoy sunny days or for bridge clearance. Accommodation for up to 4 guests with a V-shaped berth at the front with infill cushions, as well as a double berth with infill cushions at the dinette. Plenty of storage is available throughout the boat. The galley is equipped with a stainless steel sink with hot and cold water, fridge and plenty of storage cupboards. There is a seperate toilet and shower room with new Jabsco sea toilet with holding tank, handheld shower and wash basin with hot and cold water.
