Built in Norfolk circa 1920’s, originally as a 2-stroke engine then converted into electric, meaning low emissions, environmentally friendly and lower service costs. Owner purchased the boat in 2018, previously owned by the same owner since 1994 where the boat was extensively rebuilt and well maintained.
Fitted with a Nexus electric motor, shaft drive belt driven to motor.
Recent service works include:
2025 – electric motor serviced and cleaned with new bushes replaced. Fit new prop shaft support and bearings, grease all seals, two coats of antifoul, replace damaged brass winter cover hooks, repair to varnish stern, new fenders. New 48V 18A charger with plugs and socket.
Sept 2024 – New winter cover fitted. New controller and board installed and fully tested.
2022 – Full scrape & clean below water line with two coats of antifoul.
2019 – Strip down and re-varnish with at least 6 coats, rebuild bow main timber together, woodwork, re-cork all external joints, re-sign write decorative scroll work, full scrape & clean below water line with two coats of antifoul.
Specification includes: 10 seater with a format of 3 each side at rear, drop down full length dining table for those 6 seats, 2x seats at the helm, 2x bow seats also with dining table, 8x 6V 180A gel batteries (4x under front seat and 4x under Captain’s seat), new blue/white canopy, winter cover, stow away tables, navigation lights, 12v power outlet, manual bilge pump, various plug in extensions cables to mains, storage cupboards, fire extinguisher.
